very bad

After being an active smoker for 60 years (cigarettes, pipes and cigars) I decided to go cold turkey and quit. Currently I am smoking 1/2 pack a day. My objective was to purchase a starter kit and O nicotine berry flavored juice.
After being advised on the brand of permanent vape kit and to purchase tobacco flavored juice, I left the store, and have been using the vape since. ( And feeling satisfied despite me selecting the 3% nicotine juice)

I'd really recommend this shop for anyone who is seeking a vape or any products because the staff is highly knowledgeable and the selection is comprehensive. Approach the "quest" with an open mind and be prepared to be amazed that you too will be 100% happy as a long term customer.

Love this place! New to vaping, and they have great knowledge of products and always excellent customer service. If you have an issue with your product, they'll exchange it for you. I recommend Amsterdam Vape & Smoke to everyone. Thank you for the great service.

This place is awesome! The owners were very nice and very helpful, they're very knowledgable and will suggest a juice depending on your preferences. And they have a lot of juices to choose from. Tons of hardware as well. And one good thing is that they have one of the best if not the best prices around the city. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. I would be back soon! Great atmosphere. They really know their stuff. My favourite juice was discontinued. Owner was very diligent in helping me find something new. After about 15 minutes of sampling, I have a new favourite. Will be back.

I stopped in today at 12:00 when they opened and was super surprised when 10 other people walked in behind me! I picked up my regular juice without browsing too much because there was only one staff member working (he was very helpful, but looked like he had a busy day ahead of him). I'll definitely stop by on a quieter day to try some new flavors. You should look into opening at 11:00 on sundays because it looked like you have the business for it :) I'm happy there's a shop so close to home now.

The guys here know their stuff and carry a great lineup ranging from vape items to glassware. Great tester tanks for their vape lineup, you actually can get the flavor rather than the burned out ones at some of the other shops I've visited. They offer a customer Loyalty Program which has saved me a bunch of cash already.

Really nice and renovated look, and a chill atmosphere. Was able to sit and test out a wide variety of juices, and did not feel rushed at all. I ended up buying 2 juices: Fantasi orange, and Twelve Monkeys Origin with the Strawberry coconut flavour. I also bought a new Mod, and they were super friendly and helpful. Great prices and even better hours, so I think I found my new vape shop. 10/10 Would recommend.

Spoke with the owner today as they just opened, he was curious as to what tank I owned and what flavours I enjoy so he can bring in new flavours and coils. The place is beautiful and the owner is willing to bring in new product. Give this place a shot you wont regret it!
